In that time we have become a preferred contractor to Darden Restaurants, owner of Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze and other well known restaurant chains. We continue to work in over 300 of their restaurants in 12 different Northeast states. We have learned a lot but we never marketed ourselves beyond our core customers.
I travel a lot and eat out regularly. I see other contractors working in restaurants during the day when the restaurant is open and I see the reaction of the customers. I was in a local restaurant and they had a contractor removing and replacing bar stools during the lunch rush hour!

All without closing for a single day. We can install back of house wall cladding (either FRP or stainless steel), dish rings, ceilings, new tile, epoxy and hydronic regrouts, freezer floors and walls -- all without closing down. We have you up and running everyday!
"How much extra does this cost?"
Most companies that do not specialize in restaurant work need to and do charge a premium for working at night. The reason: If their workers work 2 nights and then do back to back day work, they lose a day in between.
Because restaurants are what we do, we don't charge a premium for night work. From years of working with industry leaders like Darden (Olive Garden, Red Lobster...) and Brinker (Macaroni Grilll, Chilis...) we've developed full-time overnight crews.
"We have multiple locations we need serviced..."
We work with the largest restaurant owners in the country and service the entire Northeast. In the past few years alone we've completed over 20 individual projects at the Olive Garden in Bangor, ME to full remodels of Old Country Buffets in Southern Maryland. By scheduling multiple jobs together in the same areas, we keep our costs to a minimum.
"What about small projects?"
We can do handyman-type projects as well as larger projects. Once we have you set up as our customer, just make a list and we'll send someone out to fix the problems. Need a ceiling tile replaced? Need a roof leak repaired? Need a couple of floor tiles replaced? No problem!
